Dedicated to producing electric city buses for the European market, this marks a significant milestone in MCV\u2019s journey toward sustainable transportation and industrial growth.<br \/>\nThe ceremony was hosted by Eng. Karim Ghabbour, President of MCV, together with Anna Westerberg, President of Volvo Buses, and attendant by distinguished guests including His Excellency Lieutenant General Engineer Kamel Al-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transportation of Egypt; Engineer Hazem Al-Ashmouny, Governor of Sharkeya; Dag Juhlin-Dannfelt, Ambassador of Sweden to Egypt; senior representatives from both companies; officials and representatives from various European countries; as well as members of the Egyptian and international press.<br \/>\nThe program featured speeches that highlighted the strategic importance of the partnership between MCV and Volvo, the joint commitment to sustainability, and the role of Egyptian manufacturing in supplying advanced electric city buses and mobility solutions to European markets.<br \/>\nGuests later participated in a guided tour of the state-of-the-art facility, where they observed first-hand the advanced production lines and innovative technologies designed to meet the highest European standards.<br \/>\nThe inauguration celebrated more than the launch of a new factory; it signified the strengthening of the partnership between MCV and Volvo Buses.
